A primary focus in modern vehicles has been in efficiency and environmentalism. While Mazda strives to provide the former in its gas-powered models, the brand has recently announced the arrival of an electric-powered model to its upcoming lineup: the Mazda MX-30.
Arriving only in California later this year, the Mazda MX-30 combined efficiency with the finely crafted design and feature list from Mazda. To help those curious about the upcoming model, Bob Baker Mazda provides additional information on the model, which is slated to arrive in the Carlsbad, CA area soon.

Much like the rest of the Mazda model lineup, the 2022 Mazda MX-30 will offer a wide range of highly capable and efficient features. Looking at the model, it embodies the modern Kodo Design philosophy that’s attracted so many eyes. With freestyle doors as well as Corked Door grips – a homage to Mazda’s former history as a cork manufacturing company – the model provides quality as well as fine craftsmanship. The interior will feature a Seven-inch Touchscreen with Mazda CONNECT™ Infotainment system. Like other models in its class, the MX-30 will also offer the i-ACTIVSENSE® suite of safety technology.
Inside the Mazda MX-30 will be the new electric powertrain technology. Providing a total of 144 horsepower (107kW) and up; to 200 ft-lbs of net torque, models will offer a dynamic driving experience. As a bonus, the 35.5 kWh lithium-ion battery can be charged up to 80% within around 36 minutes with DC Fast Charging. Partnered with Chargepoint®, our area will boost a wide variety of station options within California. As a bonus, a plug-in hybrid model will be available come 2022.
As the new upcoming entrant into the electrified vehicle world, the Mazda MX-30 will be arriving across California in the fall of 2021. To be prepared, you can find additional information with Bob Baker Mazda. Reserve a model with us or contact us for more information on the model today.
